The Principal is Richard Malkin, a graduate Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ commercial experience gained primarily with SMEs and small-cap quoted companies.

Richard has established finance departments from scratch at several early-stage companies and is a firm believer in strong financial management and timely accurate management information having guided companies through some very difficult trading conditions, some significant fundraising events and an AIM flotation.
